As known to all, football is the most practiced sport in the world, is also one of the most economically reditúan professional players reaching large quantities in millions of dollars, these amounts are given in this medium since for popularity has many economic inputs such as by sponsorships, sales of accessories belonging to the teams and tickets to the stadiums.
Soccer (football British English), also called soccer or football (called soccer in the U.S.. States.) Is a team sport played between two teams of 11 players each and four referees that address the standards are properly followed. It is widely considered the world's most popular sport because it involved some 270 million people. It is played on a rectangular field of grass, with a target or goal on each side of the field. The object is to move a ball across the field to try to locate it within the opposing goal, action is called a goal. The team that scores the most goals after the game is the one that wins.
The modern game was created in England following the formation of the Football Association, whose rules of 1863 are the foundation of the sport today. The governing body of football is the Fédération Internationale de Football Association, better known by its acronym FIFA. The international football competition is the most prestigious FIFA World Cup, held every four years. This event is the most famous and largest number of viewers the world, doubling the audience of the Olympics.
Football is played following a series of rules, officially called rules. This sport is practiced with a spherical ball (leather or other material with a circumference not exceeding 70 cm and not less than 68 cm, and weighing not more than 450 g and not less than 410 g at the start of game), where two teams of eleven players each (ten players "field" and a goalie) compete to fit it in the opponents' goal, marking a goal. The team has scored more goals after the game is the winner, if both teams do not score, or score the same number of goals, then it is declared a draw. There may be exceptions to this rule, see below Duration and outcome.
The main rule is that players except the goalkeeper can not touch the ball intentionally with his arms or hands during the game, but must use their hands to throw-ins.
In a typical game, players try to get the ball to the opponents' goal, which is called a goal through individual control of it, known as dribble, or pass to colleagues or shots on goal, which is protected for a keeper. The opposing players try to regain control of the ball by intercepting passes or by taking the ball to the player who takes, but physical contact is limited. The game is free flowing football, and stops only when the ball leaves the field or when the referee decides he must stop. After each pause, restart the game with a specific play. At the end of the match, the referee makes up the total time in minutes that the game was suspended at different times.

Professionally, in most matches are marked only a few goals. For example, during the 2006/07 season in the Primera Division of Spain, the Spanish football league, scored an average of 2.48 goals per game.
The rules do not specify any other position players other than the goalkeeper, goalkeeper or goalie, but over time have developed a number of positions in the rest of the field. Broadly speaking, there are three main categories: strikers, whose main task is to score goals, defenders or advocates, located near his goal, who try to stop the rival forwards, and midfielders, midfielders or flyers, which handle the ball between the previous positions. These players are referred to as outfield players, to distinguish the goalkeeper. In turn, these positions are subdivided on the sides of the field in which players perform most of the time. Thus, for example may exist midfielders rights, central (Containment) and left. The ten outfield players may be distributed in any combination: for example, there may be four defenders, four midfielders and two forwards, or three defenders, four midfielders and three forwards, and the number of players in each position determines the style of team play : more forwards and fewer defenders creates a more aggressive and offensive game, while the opposite will generate a slow and defensive game. Although players usually maintained for most of the time in one position, there are few restrictions on their movement in the field. The outline of the players on the pitch is called the team's formation, and this, along with the tactics, the coach's job.
In conclusion, this sport is widely accepted in most of the world, this is practiced by children, youth and to seniors, has no age limit, there are leagues for children, young, feminine and veterans, especially for a server is a of passion in me, both as a team practice this sport.
